The outpourings of a deranged mind

Old hairdressers

There seems to be an odd thing in the hairdressing world where most of the women are young, but you only see older men. Do women hair dressers become male when they hit middle age, or do they go do something else?

    Wow,

4 possible answers struck me, none of which are printable. The only one that passes is to wonder if those middle aged men in the profession are somehow involved in the hiring process for co-workers and are somehow more likely to choose the younger ladies than those of a (relatively) more masculine persaution that are drawn to the field?

    There no accounting for folk!

But it strikes me that the majority of males in hairdressing (as opposed to barbers) regardless of their age wouldn’t really be bothered about hiring women as they’re otherwise inclined :)

I tried a new hairdresser in Colchester. Hair was OK, but it all seemed to be over very soon. Think now I’ve got a job again I’ll be going back to my old one at Liverpool Street.
