The outpourings of a deranged mind

Flower watch: Bouquet

I decided to splash out on this weeks flowers and try something new too. The splashing out was a seasonal bouquet which looks quite nice. The something new I’ve not bothered photographing as I thought they’d droop but instead still look like a bunch of White flowers rammed in a vase. I’ll know not to bother next time (and don’t ask me what they’re called :-) )

Lilies give me the worst hayfever EVER - in spite of the fact that I’m on the most powerful antihistamines known to mankind. They are truly evil!!!!

What’s your address? I think it’s worth a few quid to torture you with a delivery from interflora :D

You must cut off the brown powdery bits in the middle otherwise they stain everything they touch and NOTHING will get it out. Very pretty and I simply love the smell.

Soupy, I remember, although they would have been a nice bunch from Interflora (I’m one of their best customers I think :) ) rather than an el cheapo bunch from Asda.

Nanook, I don’t have anything that’ll stain in the vicinity of the brown powdery bits so I tend to leave them on.

Lovely :) I love lillies - especially white ones. I cut the middle bits out too - they do stain everything.

I like the little flowers with the green bits you can see in the picture. You can get a bunch of them from M&S for about £3. They last for about 3 weeks. Bargain. I usually have them in my bedroom.
