The outpourings of a deranged mind

Day Off

I finally managed to get a good nights sleep last night… which was promptly interrupted by the postman delivering sweeties and meece (well, trackballs, but hey). Still need a few more nights like that until I’ve caught up with sleep, but I don’t feel quite as wiped out as I have been the past few days.

Anyhoos, not really got much to do at the moment so I decided to have a day off and relax so I’ve played some Guitar Hero II, watched The Omega Man (which isn’t as good as I thought it was going to be), done a little bit of tidying round the house and now I’m just watching TV until Tai Chi tonight. It’s been great :D

Told you that you’d be watching daytime TV in next to no time - and don’t make the excuse it’s a game/dvd/other non-terrestrial method of delivery - by next week you’ll be hooked on Supermarket Sweep mark my words.

Well Omega man was on of the films I got from Love Film so instead of watching it tomorrow night (film night) where I might go round a friends house I figured I’d watch it today. My TV watching until Tai Chi has consisted of having the TV on while I sorted out making up my cold squash, drink for the Gym tomorrow, washing up a few things and now I’m off to have a shower. Not sure that constitutes ‘hooked’ :D

As to daytime TV, if I do have the TV on in the day its Discovery or History HD channels - everything else tends to be utter pap.

Yay for inactivity. I too have this planned but not yet. Also don’t knock day time TV, while I’ve not had the pleasure myself I believe it acts as an essential form of educated for the great unwashed. Which explains a lot about the outcome of elections in the UK I suppose.

If you’re bored why not come to Stamford :-)

Daytime TV rots the brain. I have much better plans that involve improving myself and my employability :D

Coming to Stamhell has occurred to me. I am lead to believe that simply opening my mouth and speaking will make me instantly attractive to all the laydeez due to my English accent, which has a certain attraction to it :D That said, I wasn’t sure exactly how long you’d be out there for.

Laydeez do love the English accent :) Unless you’re the twat who was just on the show the Bachelor. Ugh!

I don’t recall being on any TV shows recently so I should be safe there :D
