Shopping
I really think i need to go shopping as I’ve managed to reduce my shopping list to one entry: everything. Dinner tonight will be spicy pickled onions if I don’t. Tempting prospect but without cheese, and possibly a nice crisp green apple a little unfulfilling… and I think I’ve just worked out what dinner will be 
Hmm don’t think your insides can be too great .. lollies, sherberts and other sour sweets followed by pickled onions!
Yes - hence the requirement for shopping in order to buy proper food
The secret is - The Store Cupboard. One should always have tins of tuna, tins of minced beef and onions (with frozen mash makes a fabulous and extremely quick cottage pie), tins of soup - tomato, mulligatawny and perhaps one expensive pouch of something like lobster bisque, plus tins, jars, sachets or whatever of something to go with pasta. The above must not be regarded as Fresh Food, thus when the Fresh Food has gone you still have to make yourself go shopping to replenish the Fresh Food, but at least the choice left in the Store Cupboard beats just pickled onions.
SainsAsdaMorTes, however, is a dire way to spend an evening. One should always be rewarded for going - a slightly better bottle of wine, an indulgent chocolate, or, if you have access to a superstore, an addition to the wardrobe. Have fun.
Ah, you mean the tins of Mulligatawny soup (now eaten), past’n’sauces (eaten), baked beans (eaten), frozen spag bol (eaten) and frozen ready meals (eaten) that were in the house a couple of weeks ago when I desperately needed to go shopping and started my holiday a day early so I didn’t have to? Yeah, I’ve been living off them since I got back from holiday. Still not been shoppoing
Today will be a small shop, large shop will be done Sunday if I can blah a lift in someones car.
Sounds like a lot of effort, can’t you just shop online and have them drop it off or something?
I dislike online shopping (unless it’s Ocado and they don’t deliver to this place). Anyway, all done and I now have food for about 3 weeks

Sechuan Pork Belly
Pork belly marinaded in a spicy sechuan sauce, fried with fine beans and mange tout [when available] served on a bed of egg noodles. Please note, while this dish can be made on demand it is best when left to marinade for a few days thus advance notice is prefered.
Oriental Pork
Pork fried in your choice of sweet and sour, black bean, terriaki or other oriental sauces with fine beans and mange tout [when available] served on a bed of egg noodles. Please note that not all sauces are stocked, please check for availablity. If enough notice is given we will endevour to stock the sauce of your choice.
Mince Creation (premade)
Bolognaise made with fine beans, mange tout [when available], peas and sweetcorn, served with pasta (choice of two shapes) or on a bed of rice. The current batch is chilli bolognaise.
Mince Creation (to order)
Bolognaise made with your choice of vegetables, served with pasta (choice of shapes) or on a bed of rice. Please place your order at least 4 hours before you wish to eat to allow for sourcing of ingredients.
Fresh Lamb Burgers
Home made lamb burgers made from Clarrisa the sheep. Served in a bun with fresh lettuice and cucumber. Please provide advance warning if you require chilli and/or garlic burgers.
Full Roast Clarrisa
Leg of lamb roasted with potatoes, yorkshire puddings and seasonal vegetables.
Ultimate Sandwhich
Ham, cheese, marmite and salad sandwhich, slightly toasted.
Fajitas
Pork or chicken fajitas with a slight cajan twist. Made with a selection of vegetables and served with or without salsa.
Pancakes (Savoury)
Savoury pancakes a la Dom served with a tuna, sweatcorn and mayonaise filling.
Pancakes (Sweet)
Sweet pancakes a la Dom servied with your choice of lemon and sugar, organic Surrey honey or australian honey.
