No seats = why I don’t leave for work until after 9am most days.

(Ok, so I leave for home early too, but I can’t help being a lazy bum).

no seats = why i live close enough to work to walk.

however, i had to go to the city this evening (beer, curry) and had to endure the dlr on the way home. had a seat, but shared with some dodgy geezer… who, to be fair, probably thought i was some dodgy suit.

I shouldn’t give you ideas you’ve got enough of your own :-D

goron, would like to live close enough to work to walk but currently out in ‘the sticks’ (there is a world outside the M25 and I’m living in it) until further notice.

Dan - if I could get away with not leaving for work till after 9 I would - trust me. Girlba is NOT a morning person.

But where are the leather seats, climate control, stereo…

Come to Stamford, it’s great ™

Not sure the Merkins could handle me.

Seats! Seats! Climate control! Oop North we have to round up the bullock, lash him to the cart and trundle miles over dirt roads. Climate control is what the wheather throws at you and music is provided by moi singing. OK so next year they promise that the canal will be arriving.

Nanook? You have a bullock and cart? I’m envious - if I believe the Northern branch of the family (everyone but me) - they cant afford a bullock and are still using Shanks Pony to cross the fells…

Since they’re mostly located in the near vacinity of Bradford and most of County Durham I have to beleive them as I dont get up there often enough to verify it.

I was in the luggage rack again this morning.

haha thats great. I dont get annoyed with trains anymore just buses. There is no space on buses for me and my buggy. It drives me mad. Its not as if my buggy is huge either.

Yeah what happened on Friday?. I was chilling on the sofa after a hard week hoping that the mother in law would go home so i didnt have to listen to her waffle on about her oh so interesting life… *sigh*

You’ll have to wait until tomorrow night, I’ve not really been home all week other than to sleep. Tai Chi tonight, free tomorrow.

It’s just the writeup from the blog meet we had Friday, so no new juicy sock related gossip I’m afraid.

Fabby - what you need is a Mclarren Techno XT. I used to have one when I needed to transport a small sprog about. These things have single spoke alloy wheels, corner on a dime, full independant suspension, look the business and, importantly for you, fold down and fold up with the use of a single hand and foot so you can hoik sprog up, collapse the buggy, bung it in the luggage thingy, then quickly get it all up again when you get off.
