As an HR professional I am well aware of the huge raft of equality and diversity legislation implemented by the Blair regime (yes even oop north we are subjected to London law). Perhaps it is not “just a donkey” but more a CEO of a Plc. He is obviously important enough to have staff - one to hold the umbrella and one to carry the mid-morning snack. That’s more than I rate.
One can only salute an organisation that has taken equality so far.
