Transformers
The transformers film isĀ very silly film. Falls firmly into the category of crap sci-fi which meant I loved it. Was rather fun watching it at the Empire cinema in Leicester Square as the audience really got into it with much laughing, cheering and clapping at key points in the film. It’s also the second night in a row where I’ve got back at gone 01:30 in the morning so I’m absolutely paggered. Time for bed methinks….

I don’t think its silly at all. I think it would be ace to have a car that protected you from the bad guys AND could give itself a complete makeover in the blink of an eye (wish mine could get rid of the scratch on the driver’s wing mirror without me spending hours with the T-Cut). It does make me look at the Eddie Stobart’s on the A1 in a very different light now.
Obviously folk in darkest East Anglia are slightly more reserved as I can’t remember there being any audience participation in the Movieplex. Anyway Hopalong Cassidy is talking about going again!
It was increadibly silly, although, yes, actually having a car like that would be rather good (would also stop everyone hassling me about ‘if you could drive). I think the audience participation thing is limited to the Empire. I blame tourists, the British are far too reserved to do that kind of thing.
