Need an early night
It’s not that I’ve been burning the candle at both ends this week, its more that I’ve doused the candle in petrol and thrown a match on it. Going out tomorrow night for a leaving do and if I don’t get to bed at some sensible hour tonight I can see Friday being spent curled up under my desk sleeping. As it is that doesn’t sound like a bad idea right now 
We were out late last night… but it was work’s fault. Today I will cancel tonight’s drinks (I am way too tired, hark at me, I’m getting old), tomorrow is a stupid awards thing so that will be late (but free so look on the bright side) and Friday, Sales Girl and I are apparently going out and getting trashed… oh dear
Sounds like a nice cup of cocoa and bed just after Blue Peter for you then.
Old? Ha! Wait until you get past 30, its all down hill from there. I can’t remember the last Friday night I went out
Either I get in after Blue Peter or Wimbledon has replaced it. Ironically enough cocoa wakes me up, so I’ve settled for a milky unleaded tea instead.
